Ingredients

  1. 4 salmon fillets
  2. 1/2 sliced avocado
  3. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  4. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  5. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  6. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  7. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  8. 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil, or line with parchment paper.
  2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and season with salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
  3. Top each fillet with a few slices of avocado and a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the cheese is melted and golden.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve.
