Keto-Friendly Spinach Frittata – A Delicious and Easy Low-Carb Breakfast

Keto-friendly recipes don’t have to be intimidating! This delicious and nutritious Spinach Frittata will be a hit at any breakfast gathering and it’s low-carb and keto-friendly.

Ingredients

  1. 6 large eggs
  2. 1/2 cup heavy cream
  3. 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 5 cups baby spinach leaves, chopped
  6. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  7. Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.
  3. Add the Parmesan cheese, garlic, spinach, garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix until combined.
  4. Grease a 9-inch ovenproof skillet and pour in the egg mixture. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, or until the eggs begin to set.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
