KETO SEVEN LAYER DIP

Seven layer dip is the perfect Keto food except for one layer…the beans. Beans are high carb and a no-go when it comes to Keto. In this version we use a layer of seasoned ground beef in place of the beans. You’ll love all the flavors in this appetizer.

INGREDIENTS:

  • ground beef
  • sour cream
  • guacamole
  • tomatoes
  • cheese
