GARLIC BUTTER STEAK BITES
This meal gets made in my house at least twice a week for either a quick lunch or an easy dinner. You can’t go wrong with a nice cut of beef, garlic, and butter!
SEASONING
It’s important to season the steak well with salt and pepper or even steak seasoning.
WHAT CUT OF STEAK SHOULD I USE?
This is really up to you. My favorite is a tenderloin/filet because it’s lean and super tender but it’s also the most expensive. My next choice would be a sirloin because it’s cheaper and good quality for the price. A ribeye will have more fat. Tritip is good but tends to be a littler firmer.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook the steak for 2-3 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Try not to move the steak, letting it sear on one side while it cooks. Reduce heat to low and add the butter and garlic. Stir until melted then serve.
