- 2 zucchinis spiralized
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
