Ingredients
  

  • 3 whole zucchinis
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Cut the zucchinis into fry-shaped sticks (1/4-inch thick).
  • In a shallow bowl, combine the Parmesan, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the beaten eggs in another shallow bowl.
  • Dip the zucchini sticks into the eggs, then into the Parmesan mixture, coating each side.
  • Place the zucchini sticks on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through cooking.
